RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY


Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Photo or Video Proof Required

In all cases where the received product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or shows any visible issue, photo or video evidence is required.

These must clearly show:

  • The damage or defect
  • The full product received
  • The outer packaging, if applicable

We cannot process refund, return, or replacement requests without clear photo or video evidence.


Refunds, Replacements & Dispute Policy

1. Delayed Orders

An order is considered delayed if, after leaving the warehouse:

  • It has been over 45 calendar days for U.S. shipments.
  • It has been over 60 calendar days for most other countries.
  • For liquids/special carriers: up to 100 days may apply.

Exceptions: No refund for unclaimed packages, incorrect addresses, or post office holds.

If tracking shows "delivered" but the item was not received, an official non-delivery certificate from the local post office with a stamp is required.


2. Orders Not Received

No refund is given if tracking indicates delivery.

  • If not received, an official certificate from the post office is required.
  • If tracking shows "Alert", possible reasons include: incorrect address, refusal, no pickup, no delivery location, or customs issue.

Customers must retrieve packages held at the post office. No refunds for unclaimed, returned, or destroyed parcels.


3. Damaged Products

  • Full refund or replacement if item arrives severely damaged.
  • Partial refund or replacement if minor damage (e.g., small scratches).

Photo or video evidence is required showing the damage and packaging.


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Products

  • Wrong items: full refund or replacement.
  • Wrong size/color: refund or replacement with proof.
  • Missing parts: resend or partial refund, depending on importance.
  • Missing accessories: will be resent.

Photo or video evidence is required showing the issue clearly.


5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed only before the item is processed in the warehouse.

No cancellations for:

  • Customized products
  • Pre-order exclusive products
  • Photo/video services

Interpretations & Special Conditions

  • Dispute deadline: No disputes allowed once order is closed.
  • Force majeure: No responsibility for delays/damages due to war, pandemics, customs, or natural disasters.
  • Shipping/method limits: Some countries/methods do not allow claims. Check before ordering.

Unacceptable Claims

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor differences from description
  • Unusual smell
  • Wrong item ordered by customer
  • Wrong shipping address provided
  • Issues previously agreed upon
  • Deleted tracking info
  • Failure to clear customs

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
